About Us


		Universal Chemicals, Inc. was established in 1968 as a distributor of water treatment chemicals. It is a family owned business employing 18 people. The company has operated at its present offices for the last fifteen years. Universal Chemicals maintains a 25,000 square foot warehousing and office facility. It operates a fleet of tank trailers for bulk delivery of its products. In addition, it utilizes straight trucks and box trailers for packaged goods, as well as independent common carriers. Two pick up trucks are used for emergency and or small shipments. In recent years, we have provided new services and producs such as the preparation of custom solutions as well as Buffers (Solids or Solutions), Standardized solutions and Boiler Maintenance chemicals. Also, we develop solutions to be used in environmental remediation such as Fenton reagent (Solutions of hydrogen peroxide and the catalysts and specialized buffers or surfactants for Specialized use), we also prepare solutions for the reduction of Chromium (VI) and others. We sell and deliver drums and truckloads. Smaller quantities of chemicals can be ordered from our sister company "Uni Chem Inc." Unichem Inc. Which operates from our RESEARCH LABORATORY. We also provide services of tank testing, tank removal and new tank installation through another sister company "KLK Environmental Group LLC." KLK Environmental CONSULTING SERVICES We have a team of environmentally conscious chemists and chemical engineers to solve any of your chemical problems. Our team can produce customized synthesis of organic and inorganic chemicals. We can help you develop your manufacturing processes and plant design. Our research laboratory allows us to develop new processes and new compounds to be used by the chemical industry.
